They're on different islands. The fast ferry between Cebu City and Tagbilaran (Bohol) takes about 2 hours, so make sure you book in the city you're travelling to.
Choose Panglao for beaches, diving, and a slower island pace. Choose Cebu City for work trips, remote work near IT Park, and city convenience.
Short stay minimum is 2 nights. Long stay minimum is 1 month.
Condos start at ₱1,500/night (Mon–Thu) or ₱25,000/month in both cities. Panglao houses start at ₱3,500/night.

Terms of service
Bookings
All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp after payment is received. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from Best Inn.
Cancellation policy
Short stay cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit one night's rate. Long stay cancellations require 14 days' notice.
House rules
No smoking inside units. Visitors must be registered at the gate. Parties or events are not permitted without prior written approval.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
